A quotation that mirrors my own thoughts and from a book I looked to buy just last week. Everyday I read the blog of the Belgian/French publisher whose wife is Alberto Manguel translator into French. These are the kind of connections the new technology makes possible, and which delight me.
Françoise, I loved The Library at Night, both as a booklover and a librarian. The writing is glorious. I borrowed a copy from the local public library; if I owned it, I would have sent it on to you!
